At MaXfield, leadership is an attitude — it is how we conduct our business and what we provide for our employees and customers. MaXfield’s senior management team includes professional engineers, business management and technical backgrounds, which in part, results in delivering high-quality products while providing top-quality customer service. MaXfield is proud of its reputation for providing quality and service, a reputation we nurture and work hard to maintain.

Effective leadership is built through experience. Each member of MaXfield’s senior management team has many years of individual service in the manufacturing sector — collectively, representing nearly two centuries! Several senior executive leaders are also MaXfield’s founders, having previously worked in the same sector since the 1970s.

Experience has taught MaXfield that mistakes cost time, and time costs money — both for our customers, and for us. This has driven our overriding operating principle: get it done right, the first time, in a safe manner, saving both time and money, which is value plus to our customers.
